Week Ending 29th January
Monday 23rdA cracking start to the week with 3 winners.
Come Home Patch won his A7 in 30.13 by a hd.
Malbay Kesha got her first A2 win as she won by 1/2 a length in 29.40.
Bramley Bella soon led in her A4 to win by 2 3/4 lengths in 29.56.
Tuesday 24th
A busy trial session with 9 hounds going through their paces.
Ding Hero recorded a fastest of the day 28.66 as he delighted us with his first four bend workout out in a while.
Mercurial Star (29.13) and Sligo Mick (29.66) both moved well in their trials.
Boynepark Joe (16.76), Hoots Mon (16.32), Razldazl Dazl (16.64) and Riverdale Spiros ( 16.46) all went very well in their sprints.
Wednesday 25th
Reagrove Dream continued her good form with a 1/2 length win in her A4.
Black Beach made it 5 wins from his last 8 starts as he won his A2 by 1 1/4 lengths in 29.40.
Thursday 26th
We were out of luck at Hove this evening with our 3 runners.
Crinkill Jewell ran a terrific race to only be beaten a hd on the line in her 695m open. She'll be heading back next week for another go.
Hiding Escort completed his qualifying trials with a good 30.12. Henry took a whack on the corner so this was a very good effort. He'll make his debut in a race there next week.
Friday 27th
3 winners from today's meetings.
Der Lone Razor made it 5 wins from his last 6 races as he won A3 at the first time of asking. Spud won by a hd in 29.82.
Liscrea Premier won her A2 in a good 29.15 by a length.
Molly The Second ran a blinder to win a decent A2 contest in 29.34.
Saturday 28th
Just the one winner this evening. Sligo Mick won his debut race for the kennel in a good 29.19. Mick trapped better than in his trials and went on to win nicely in his A3. He's a lovely prospect.
In other news.....
Ding Hero, Mercurial Star and Glenbane Air will all head to Swindon on Wednesday for the Arc trial stakes.
Crinkill Jewell, Lady Jaro, Hoots Mon and Hiding Escort will all be in action at Hove on Thursday.
Portavoe Lass will miss the Golden Jacket after breaking into season.
