Week Ending 20th February
Monday 14th
A couple of winners to start the week with.
Youngster Active Lark led around the first bend to win her A3 in 29.42.
Bookies Girl continued her excellent form with another all the way win in A2. She won today in 29.09.
Tuesday 15th
A good trial session for the kennel. Superstar Lily pleased with her 509m workout, beating Gurt Lush by 5 1/2 in 30.01. Mercurial Star fell on his nose out the boxes but ran a nice enough trial thereafter stopping the clock at 28.83. Forest Ted again showed he's a different dog after his break as he flashed from the boxes to win his trial by over 10 lengths in 28.92. Sept 09 baby, Black Handbag again showed fantastic promise as she recorded 29.05 in her first 480m trial, she's the fastest pup I've ever had at this young age. Hopefully she'll continue to improve and the sky could be the limit for this girl. Fancy Collar was given a solo sprint to help build his confidence after some rough rides of late. He pleased with a decent 16.54.
Wednesday 16th
Another couple of winners this evening.
Outoftheblack ran a very game race as she led close home to win her A4 in 29.84.
Boozed Aroma flew the lids and led all the way in her A2 recording 29.24. She's a fantastic little girl who has now won 10 of her 29 races.
Friday 18th
Just the 2 winners from today's meeting's.
Calling Beauty came again close home to win her A2 in 29.51.
Stanton Subaru won her first 6 bend race as she led of the last bend to win her S1 in 41.85.
Saturday 19th
Two winners again tonight. Rusty Lisa made it 4 wins from her last 5 races as she again led all the way to win her A3 in 29.41. She was made to work hard by kennel mate Dance Izzy as she held on by the narrowest margin.
The solo sprint seemed to work wonders for Fancy Collar as he led around the first bend and went on to win his A3 in very impressive fashion. He won by 5 1/2 in a personal best 29.25. This fellow has a lovely turn of early and is starting to stay better all the time. Hopefully he might make it in to puppy open class.
