Week Ending 13th February
Monday 7th3 winners to start the week off.
Boozed Aroma made the most of a downgrade to lead all the way in her A3. She won in 29.33 and will be back up to A2 again for sure.
Rusty Lisa completed a hat trick of wins as she again led all the way to win her A3 in 29.46. She has quickly hit top form since returning from being spayed.
Noels Touch also completed a hat trick of wins today as he unleashed his good back pace to lead at the halfway point in his A2. He won in 29.41.
Tuesday 8th
A good trial session for the kennel today. Mercurial Star had his first 4 bend workout for nearly 3 months and delighted us with a 28.63 spin. Superstar Lily continued her excellent comeback with a very pleasing 28.77 solo workout. Forest Ted returned after a month off to record a decent 16.33 sprint. I've always thought a fair bit of this fella and hopefully he'll continue to improve. Young novice, Black Handbag, recorded a very good 16.57 sprint and she looks a very exciting prospect.
Wednesday 9th
4 winners from 7 runners tonight.
Springlawn Jacko led close home to win his A3 in 29.42. Glenbrack Mary ran another good race to lead close home in her A5. She won in 29.88 and has now won 2 of her 4 races.
Bookies Girls continued her excellent recent form when leading all the way to win a good A2 race in 29.14. Northcamp Ellie completed the night's work as she led close home to win her A2 in a personal best 29.12.
Friday 11th
4 winners from today's meetings. Malbay Harry opened his account for the kennel as he led all the way to win his A4 in 29.40. Castlelyons Soni followed up his win last week with a trap to line success in A3. He won really nicely in 29.20 and this would of done his confidence the world of good. Liscrea Premier completed a hat trick of wins when leading close home to win another A2 in 29.27. Penny has been a fantastic bitch for the kennel and has won 9 of her 24 races which is great going.
Tyrap Dancer managed to win his first A1 as he made virtually all of the running in 29.16. Puppy, Patriot Lass was desperately unlucky in this race and gives the impression she has a big run in her to come when she manages a clear run. She's a cracking youngster with a great future.
Saturday 12th
A couple of winners from tonight's meeting.
Tommy The Wheel ran one of his best ever races in winning his A2 by nearly 5 lengths. He pinged the boxes but was unlucky that the 2 dog got up his inside on the bend and gave him a couple of whacks but he soon recovered and flew down the back to take the lead again at the 3rd bend. He stayed on well to win in 29.27. Tommy is a lovely dog but he's lacking some consistent runs and I'm convinced there's much more to come from this lad when he does get a few weeks consistent racing under his belt.
Drive on Diva although upgraded without even winning her last race made light of this as she flew the lids and led all the way to win her A4 in 29.66.
Moving Merry took a nasty fall in her A1 but luckily seems none the worse it. She'll be checked over by our physio to be on the safe side though before returning to action.
